We have a copyrighted pod design that has a nurses station in the center, a wide hallway all the way around with small offices or exam rooms on the outside. Can be built with or without windows.

This concept works for ALFs (Assisted Living Facilities or nursing homes).  The nurses in the center can see everything that goes on anywhere in the building. Rooms at the perimeter can be bedrooms with closets and bathrooms in an ALF.
